Established in 2002 by Nick Kirkland, formerly a director of a medium sized national practice and with more than 20 years of architectural expertise behind him. ADC Ltd is an independent privately owned practice whose aim is to provide a personal architectural and development consultancy service to the public and private sectors.

ADC Ltd focus on the core business of Architecture. The in house team is split into two specific areas, the concept and design team, and the technical team. Both areas are overseen by the directors.

With specialist experience in all sectors of the market including healthcare, residential, industrial, office and commercial, be it new build or refurbishment, clients can rest assured that an unrivalled quality service is provided all of the time. As a practice ADC strive to deliver the same high standards of service and professionalism regardless of contract size and value. This is assured by the probably unique company policy of guaranteeing director level involvement in each and every project.

This ensures that all concepts can be presented to clients, financiers, planners and the professional team in a virtual built form, maximising understanding.
